The art of developing innovative glass packaging is a key pillar in the design process. Take the opportunity to clearly differentiate your product from the competition with customised glass bottles. Designing a customised glass bottle gives you the opportunity to choose aesthetically pleasing and unique packaging that not only reflects your brand image, but also effectively presents your logo and name.
With competition in the packaging market constantly increasing, choosing an attractive and differentiating glass bottle is becoming more and more important. For brand owners in sectors such as spirits, wine, water and cosmetics, it is crucial to stand out with creative and customised packaging solutions.
Step 1: Unleash your creativity and put your vision on paper
You probably already have a vision of your dream bottle inside you. But imagine if there was a place where you could draw inspiration from over a thousand products, get a deep insight into the latest global packaging trends and clarify all your technical questions in one go. Univerre has created just such a space: an interactive showroom that serves as a creative breeding ground for all your ideas. Supported by our experienced sales experts and creative design teams, you will have the opportunity to get inspired and sketch your first designs on the spot.
After this inspiring first meeting, we immediately get to work to make your idea tangible. We produce an initial 3D printed model that gives you a realistic impression of your bottle. Any wishes and adjustments can be made to this prototype. If necessary, we are prepared to create further models to ensure that the end result is exactly what you want.
Step 2: Development of the technical plan
Once agreement is reached on the final bottle design, we initiate the technical planning process with millimetre precision. Based on comprehensive measurements that include the weight, height, diameter, bottle neck finish and other specific details of the bottle, the next steps are carefully and precisely defined.
Step 3: You sit back – we take care of everything
After the first two steps, you can sit back and relax – we take care of all the organisation. After validating the technical plan, we carefully select the optimum glassworks for the production of your bottles. Our service includes the organisation of the steel mould for your bottle, the production of samples in glass or Pyrex (if required), the coordination of production times and deadlines and, finally, punctual delivery to your desired location.
Step 4: The finishing touch for your bottle
A carefully decorated glass bottle that stands out through personalised customisation can significantly enhance your brand presence and increase market value.
Univerre specialises in a wide range of finishing techniques to give each bottle a unique look – from sophisticated printing to exclusive glass finishes, elegant coatings to artistic painting in digital printing. As your comprehensive partner for packaging solutions, we have mastered the art of manufacturing and delivering finished glass products with a focus on the highest quality and service expertise.
