Bisbino: gin meets creative gin bottles
Bisbino Sagl, founded in 2016 by Martino Mombelli, Giona Meyer, Rupen Nacaroglu and Damiano Merzari, produces the first gin from Ticino in Sagno, Muggio Valley. 2019 saw the addition of Carolina Valsangiacomo to the team.
Their success is based on teamwork, a close connection to the nature of the Muggio Valley and local production in partnership with regional companies to promote a sustainable economy and responsible consumption.
Their products, including various types of gin and amaro as well as Birra Matta, are produced according to organic guidelines, avoiding the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides. Direct control over the raw materials through in-house cultivation and close cooperation with local stakeholders ensure the highest product quality and traceability.
