Their main objective is to produce high-quality wines according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, honouring tradition and preserving the environment.

The estate has been committed to sustainability for almost ten years, working according to organic and biodynamic guidelines, and has been Bio-Suisse certified since 2023.
