Liqola: the secret behind an innovative liqueur creation
Since 2015, Steeve and Michel, two passionate gourmets and connoisseurs of Swiss products, have been travelling the culinary secrets of Switzerland beyond the country’s borders. Their goal: no exquisite meal without the indispensable digestif that captures the freshness and flavours of the Swiss mountains.
This passion and Michel Dubler’s fine palate, his valuable experience and his enthusiasm for the art of maceration gave rise to the idea for a new recipe that combines this very Swiss essence in a small glass of digestif – Liqola. This endeavour was also enlightened by Fred Allard, who has made a significant contribution to the Liqola recipe with his many years of promoting local traditions and his creative involvement.

The extraordinary experience is rounded off by an equally extraordinary packaging design, which has found its master in Liqola. The design reflects the current trend towards minimalism, with elegant lines and a modern interpretation of traditional symbols, which manifest themselves in an appealing white screen print around the elegant liqueur bottle. Liqola is therefore not only a delight for the palate, but also a feast for the eyes that is convincing in every respect.
