Liwero Distillery: Craftsmanship meets creativity
LIWERO Distillery, a family business with roots in Hünenberg, Switzerland, is known for its exquisite distillates, including the award-winning ChickenHill Whisky and the trendy Ginfinity Gin. Founded by Werner Limacher, a passionate whisky lover with Scottish impressions, the company began producing whisky in 1999 when the Swiss Alcohol Act allowed it. The Limacher butcher’s shop, run by Werner and his wife Jocelyne, served as the foundation for this entrepreneurial expansion, with their professional craftsmanship and innovative strength also flowing into the distillery.
An exceptional gin bottle: Ginfinity
2019 marked another milestone when Roman Limacher, Werner’s son, expressed his passion for gin with the launch of Ginfinity Gin. Inspired by an evening in Spain and supported by his partner Aline Kaspar, a hotel management student, Ginfinity combines quality and innovation.
The elegant Ginfinity bottle, available in 70cl and 50cl sizes, features an artful design that reflects the aesthetics and sophistication of the gin it contains. Designed using an exquisite screen printing technique in black, fine lines are drawn around the striking logo and wrap around the bottle in a 360° pattern. This detail gives the bottle a unique visual depth and emphasises its elegance, making it not only a container for high-quality gin, but also a true work of art. The careful design emphasises the exclusivity and character of Ginfinity, making it a stand-out piece in any collection.
