Nestling in the Swedish countryside, Örum 119 is much more than a hotel: it’s an invitation to slow down and savour time. Founded on a philosophy where every moment counts, this establishment offers a unique experience combining serenity, quality and respect for time. This concept is embodied by an artisan bakery, run by Jesper Elmqvist, at the heart of the hotel. The breads, brioches and pizzas are prepared using high-hydration sourdoughs and slow baking techniques, guaranteeing deep, complex flavours.
Each creation is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, where every step, from dough preparation to baking, is carried out with care. The same attention is paid to the preparation of the mueslis and granolas, which are carefully cooked and blended under the watchful eye of Jesper and his team.
A passion for craftsmanship
After launching the Peter’s Yard brand in the UK in 2007, the Örum team is continuing its adventure in Sweden with a clear vision: to offer artisanal and sustainable products, while respecting the environment. The opening of a new bakery in Malmö and a retail unit dedicated to breakfasts marks an important turning point in their development.
These new units are part of their commitment to offer a culinary experience, where each product is made using methods that respect time and nature. This expansion also reflects their desire to bring their expertise to a wider audience, while showcasing products such as granolas and mueslis.
Colourful, eco-friendly glass jars
The jars used by Örum for their mueslis are much more than just containers: they are the real heroes of their concept. Chosen for their durability and functionality, these jars are designed to be reusable, which not only reduces environmental impact but also promotes a more sustainable lifestyle. Their practical, elegant design makes them ideal for storing fresh produce while adding an aesthetic touch to your kitchen. Each jar is printed in several colours using digital printing techniques, allowing each product range to be personalised in a unique way, creating attractive and distinctive visuals for each type of muesli or granola. These jars perfectly embody Örum’s commitment to craftsmanship, quality and sustainability. They are not just a container, but a real object that carries the brand’s values and adds an ethical and aesthetic dimension to your everyday life.
